The food was great! I ordered a burrito bowl and it was amazing. You can share one with someone else and it is very cheap. There is also outdoor seating which I loved.

Walked in to the restaurant around 6:30pm 7/4/2019... Was discriminated against by waitresses in restaurant. The white female waitress refused to serve me. I asked for my food to go. I tried to confront the other worker about what happened and she acted as if she has no idea what was going on, even began laughing after I told her what happened. An off-duty waitress began to curse me out in front of other customers as I was leaving. I suggest not giving this restaurant any business. I do not support racist or discriminatory institutions and you shouldn't either. And no, the food wasn't worth it for the amount of abuse I endured. Bland, water-downed Mexican food. Off the Border on Route 1 is more authentic than whatever is served here. I'm sure there are plenty of authentic Mexican restaurants in within the Princeton-Trenton area who know how to treat their customers right. Shame on management for not speaking up when their employees are out of line.

Taste of Mexico is a great location if you want good tasting Mexican food. Don't come in here expecting taco bell though or any food that is extraordinarily sauced up because this isn't it. However if you can appreciate more simple ingredients with hints of flavoring then you will enjoy this place. That being said they do have there share of highly flavorful food with other dishes being on the lighter side.

Really bland food, especially compared to Tacoria around the corner. Lovely patio, but truly unremarkable food. Too expensive also for such poor quality.

Poor customer service, terrible taste, and not great options. Genuinely taste gross. We put our order in and we’re ignored when we asked questions. The appearance is better than the actual food itself which is painfully obviously not fresh. The food tastes very plain and the salsa was very obviously Pace Salsa, it takes nothing to learn a new recipe and make fresh food! All it takes is 4 ingredients. It would seriously help them if they did. The ideas are there, just executed poorly. The only benefit is that it’s decently cheap. I really hope they make improvements. I should’ve taken the hint as it is never busy. They have the ability to make those changes and be successful.
